Reservation Policy
      • A $100 deposit is required to reserve dates. The deposit can be made at time of reservation with credit card, check or cash.
      • Mastercard, Visa & Discover are accepted
      • If cancellation is received thirty days before arrival date a refund minus a $50 reservation fee will be given
      • Check in time is after 3:00pm
      • Check out time is before 11:00am
      • We rent to family groups and adults over the age of 23
      • Smoking is permitted outside only
      • No pets permitted
